Split Coil Connectors

MRD's Split Coil Connector is a Game Changer in the way Slip Connectors are made up to two ends of a split coil operation. Our Split Coil Connector is made up to each end of the coil hydraulically and can be digitally logged and recorded for verification.

Seals can be tested with the coiled tubing empty there y saving time and eliminating fluid spills. The Seals can also be tested prior to setting the slips!

Lastly the embedded hydraulically actuated Pull Plate allows the lower end of the coil (typically suspended in the BOPs) to be pull tested without having to manipulate the lower or upper coiled tubing. Genius!

Stretcher - 'Extended Reach Tool - Turbine Power!

Our Turbine powered Extended Reach Tool is about to undergo flow loop testing in the coming weeks. 

Years in design and testing, the technological benefits of not having a Stator within the power section goes without saying. Our Turbine powered, 3D printed power section is a step change in ERT development and promises to alter forever, the service intervals and reliability of none elastomeric, non-stator ERT's.

6" Liner Hanger Logging Tools - New for 2026

New for 2026 is MRD's 6" Liner Hanger Logging Tool currently being developed to provide critical data analytics when deploying and setting the liner hanger assembly both on land and for deep water, multi zone applications. This eight sensor logging technology provides comprehensive data during the landing, setting, release and retrieval process of Liner Hanger operations.
